We come up with unique solutions to unique situations. The
project shown below is a perfect example. Our client
needed to modify this basement space to accommodate a parking
garage. We were asked to lower the footers of the existing
columns. This required a unique solution. Bracing
the columns, demolishing and excavating under the existing
footing, and pouring a new footing at the required depth.
